Grants of up to $20,000 to New Jersey nonprofit veterans' organizations to meet the needs of veterans and their families. New applicants must submit a project concept prior to applying. Funding is intended for initiatives in the focus areas of food and housing security, economic opportunity, and behavioral health. Grant funding is expected to make a direct positive impact and difference to the beneficiaries.

Grants to Ontario municipal police service boards and municipalities to address concerns regarding police needs, safety, and well-being. Two funding streams are available: local and provincial. The purpose of the program is to assist with projects and services that build community capacity through community engagement and defining an outdoor recreation plan.

Grants to California nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies, and businesses for equipment improvement and development projects designed to reduce air pollution in eligible regions. Funding is intended to support projects to replace or upgrade heavy machinery and equipment, as well as activities that develop charging and fueling infrastructure. Preference will be shown to applicants and projects in disadvantaged communities. The purpose of the program is to reduce air pollutant emissions by providing electric and low carbon emission alternatives. Funded projects must benefit San Diego County.

Grants of up to $25,000 to USA nonprofit organizations, land trusts, government agencies, recreation clubs, trail associations, and tribes for projects related to land access and stewardship. Funding is intended for specific projects in the focus areas of land acquisition, access to public water and land, development of new trails, access to private land, trail restoration, and education.

Grants to Hawaii nonprofit organizations to help preschools gain and maintain accreditation. All applications must receive approval from staff before application submission. Funding is intended to help schools make the necessary improvements to obtain accreditation or to retain accreditation once it is achieved

Grants of $2,000 to Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia artists in eligible locations for disaster relief. Funding is intended for the replacement of equipment and supplies that were lost as a result of recent hurricanes. Artists may work in a wide range of disciplines, including craft/traditional arts, design, literary, media/film, performing, visual, or interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary arts. The goal of the program is to assist artists living in FEMA-designated impacted areas who were affected by Hurricane Helene and/or Milton.

Grants to USA, Canada, and International IHEs, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, and government agencies for research projects related to HIV and aging. Applicants are advised that required registrations may take several weeks to complete. Funding is intended for research on a wide range of topics related to HIV and aging.

Grants to Texas individuals in eligible locations for financial support during times of crisis. Funding is intended to benefit residents facing eviction with payments for rent, storage, and relocation costs. Grants must benefit renters who live within Austin’s full-purpose jurisdiction.

Grants to USA nonprofit institutions for research to improve the lives of American children and youth up to age 25. Funding is intended to support the effective exploration of policies and activities that address inequality for young people. Priority is given to studies about reducing inequality on the basis of race, ethnicity, economic standing, language minority status, or immigrant origins.

Grants to USA writers for written works related to contemporary visual art. Funding is intended for the production of short-form writing, books, and articles for both general and specialized art audiences. The program also supports art writing that experiments with literary styles and engages criticism through interdisciplinary methods. Both established and emerging writers are eligible to apply.

Grants to Colorado nonprofit organizations, Native American entities, government agencies, schools, libraries, and museums for projects that address mental health and substance abuse challenges for justice-involved individuals in eligible regions. Applicants must register at least two days prior to the deadline in order to submit a proposal. The intended beneficiaries of this funding include individuals at risk of entering, currently involved in, or leaving the criminal legal system. Projects need to address the trauma, substance misuse, and mental health needs of these individuals in the city and county of Denver.

Grants of up to $50,000 to Indiana nonprofit organizations for programs and services that benefit older adults in eligible locations. Funding is intended for programming support or operating assistance. Eligible applicants provide opportunities for local residents, ages 55 and over, in Central Indiana (Marion and the seven surrounding counties).

Opportunity for USA and territories government agencies, Tribes, CBOs, and planning organizations to participate in a cohort to learn about different clean energy topics. Applicants will receive technical assistance and other support to help design and implement clean energy projects.

Grants to Michigan nonprofit organizations in eligible locations to address the needs of local residents. Funding is intended to support programs in the areas of education, health, human services, community development, arts and culture, and youth. Funded programs will advance the environmental, educational, cultural, and recreational development of the local region. Requests will be accepted from organizations serving the Homer area.

Grants of up to $25,000 to USA nonprofit art organizations and museums for programs and exhibitions that promote visual fine artists in eligible regions of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. For the purpose of the grant program, fine artists are defined as individuals working in two or three dimensions who employ, without limitation, the media of painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, or sculpture. The grants will benefit visual fine artists in the Greater Philadelphia area, which is comprised of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania; and Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Mercer counties in New Jersey.

Contracts for services to Iowa nonprofit organizations and public agencies to provide support and education to pregnant women and their families. The goal of the program is to provide health services based on the specific needs of communities and clients. Services may include, but are not limited to, community education sessions, community coalition building activities, linking pregnant women to medical and dental homes, providing presumptive eligibility services for Iowa Medicaid, and Title V Maternal Health Direct Care Services.

Grants of up to $40,000 to Oregon nonprofit organizations, Tribes, and institutions of higher education for a range of cultural projects and activities in arts, heritage, history, preservation, and the humanities. The goal of the grant program is to support high-impact programs and activities that fall into one of the following categories: access, preservation, creativity, and capacity.

Opportunity for USA, Canada, and International small businesses to participate in a competition to generate technology that can be used by the US military. The purpose of the competition is to devise long-range sensor equipment to be utilized by forces across wide expanses, such as the Arctic tundra, deep jungle, and overbuilt megacities.
